City Tap House plans to breathe new life into the “cursed” restaurant space at 1250 Connecticut Avenue, Northwest. This is the second City Tap location in Washington, and diners can expect to find 40 draft lines and a 40-seat copper-topped square bar at the Dupont outpost.
